Greetings, Malagentia, and Happy New Year! Below are two important reminders for all to consider.
1. We will have our first Virtual Province Meeting of 2021 this Thursday, Jan. 7, from 7 – 8 p.m. You can access these meetings at meet.google.com/vuk-dofb-zwr or by phone at 1-617-675-4444, PIN 435 381 900 4942#.
2. As has been relayed in the past, the special election to fill the role of Seneschal for the remainder of 2021 will be held this month.
One member, Mat Wyck (Matt Wickenheiser) has been nominated to stand for election, and write-in candidates are welcome.
The election period will be open for 1 week, from January 8 through 15. No ballots will be accepted after midnight, Jan. 15.
Paid members over the age of 14 are asked to email their vote and SCA member number to chronicler@malagentia.eastkingdom.org.
The Chronicler shall announce the winner no later than 5 p.m. on January 17 via Malagentia’s official FB page, www.malagentia.eastkingdom.org and through the Malagentia email list.
